16 May 2024 | Elias is selected for a Solti Foundation US Career Assistance Award as well as the Elizabeth Buccheri Opera Residency Fellowship, assisting Evan Rogister at Washington National Opera.
27 April 2024 | Elias is appointed Assistant Conductor of the Odense Symphony Orchestra, where he will work closely with Music Director Pierre Bleuse and conduct 12 of his own concerts with the orchestra.
1 September 2023 | Elias begins as Salonen Fellow in the Negaunee Conducting Program at the Colburn School and San Francisco Symphony.
